How to configure Chinese in nextcloud v12 ？

You can select a default language in the config file, see:
https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/12/admin_manual/configuration_server/language_configuration.html
I guess the 2 letter code for Chinese should be “zh”? Otherwise maybe “cn”?
But normally it will automatically select the language based on your browser settings.
However it looks like Chinese is not fully supported yet by Nextcloud. You can contribute to the translation here:
The simplified chinese translation is currently at 92% done and for traditional letters there is one at 75%.
