How to config web gui to show right side panel by default

In the web gui, how to config right side panel to show by default?

Possible to default right side panel to expanded and showing comments?

There’s no switch or setting to display the Details view by default or permanently, imho.

Thx Thomas! Side panel is so useful, especially comments. Expanded by default would empower it even further, imho
