How to change default settings in Webcalendar Event Editor

I would like to change the default settings to:

All day Event = No
Reminders = Yes, Audio Alarm 5 Minutes before the event starts
Starting Time = actual time or 12pm

Where to find and modify the settings for the Event Editor when making a new entry within the Browser webcalendar.

I have the same issue, in which i would like to set a default alarm to all my new events 1 hour before the event.
is that possible at the moment?
