How to cancel subscription?


We were running a business supported instance of NC18 for a single year. For various reasons, we did not extend the paid support but kept the instance going (for testing mainly). This installation has a subscription code entered on the “support” page. It has been updated now to NC21, but this was with some difficulty.

My problem seams to be caused by the support info page. Whenever an admin visits the page, NC changes the update server path in config file. Each time this has to be manually corrected.

Standard update server from the config.php:

Gets replaced with: is my expired subscription ID)

Can anyone help me to either blank the subscription info from the instance support page or explain how to stop it changing the update URL?
