How to autodelete files & folders for certain user older than certain time period

Hi!

We need to kmow how to proceed to configure fully automated auto-deletion of files & folfders for certain user which are older than certain period of time.

We enabled App’s “Collaborative tags”, “Files automated tagging” and “Retention” APP’s, but seems to the retention configuration applies to all users.

How can we proceed if we need only the files/folders of certain user must be deleted if it’s older than certain period of time?

You can put this particular user to the special group and add to your tagging rule: “if user is in a group”…
