How do you pay for Nextcloud support?

The issue reported in is now critical. Entire company are unable to work because Nextclient client causes all local file access to freeze as reported here:

I did say going for free support was risky but client now needs support. How do you sign up for paid support?

All the support options here only appear to start at 100 users?

Under a 100 users generally means you get referred out to a partner of Nextcloud GmbH:

Thanks but unlikely to happen as they’ll want far too much. Ohh well.
