How do you create a date limit for appointments in calendar?

Hi!

I am looking to find out how to make it so whenever someone goes to book an appointment they can’t make it so it’s booked 500 years in the future. We aren’t using the appointment app we’re doing it through the calendar app. There’s no option when creating the appointment to select the date range of when it can be.

When I mean we’re using the calendar app I mean this:

This limitation is tracked in Limit how far into the future an appointment can be booked · Issue #3743 · nextcloud/calendar · GitHub. It fell through the cracks with the first implementation of the feature but we plan to add this soon-ish.
