I receive message what finded new version Nextcloud.
I download update from web interface Nextcloud and saw, what the latest update will remove the needed app “Deck”.
I changed my mind to update, but I can not use the cloud, because on each page there is a message that an update is required.
“oсс” command the following message is written
Nextcloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available
You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade
Maintenance mode disabled
How to exit update mode and use the currently installed version?
Which update way do you use? “Stable” or “Beta”?
Which version have you installed and which version should you install?
You must not install any update.
You can wait.
Please post more informations or a screenshot.
i’m use “Stable”
I wanted to install version 21.0.3.1.
Now it’s version 20.0.11.1
The update was only downloaded but not applied.

Found a solution. In the data /updater-*/backups/ folder, select the desired version and copy with the replacement files to the root of the nextcloud folder. The update request message disappeared.
