Could you please describe in more detail what your goal is…?

Windows, macOS and most Linux distributions have WebDAV clients built into the operating system, with which you can access your Nextcloud directly via File Explorer. You do not need the Nextcloud Desktop Client in order to access your Nextcloud via WebDAV.
