How do I format the name of a dropped file?

Hello,

I know that it is possible to configure a folder for a public file repository so that people can upload documents without being able to see the contents of that folder.

Is it possible, and if so, how can we proceed, so that the person can choose in a drop-down list their file type and in another drop-down list, their structure name (list filled in beforehand)?

If so, is it possible to format the name of the file to be deposited according to this input?

I don’t think that’s possible. But since a few Nextcloud versions you can use ‘file request’. The user can then choose a folder name and the file is then stored in the named subfolder.

It is perhaps a little problematic that the browser somehow remembers the name, so that the user cannot simply use new names again and again. But perhaps a good solution to distinguish users.
