I’ve used the URL from my cloud, credentials but getting error about no connection to server when attempting to connect Ultrasonic mobile app to my cloud. I see within these forums others have done so with success, is there another URL from my cloud or path directory I should be using?
Due to the fact that you’ve forgotten to mention which url you’ve used it is difficult to tell you an alternative one, isn’t it?! ![]()
Please also add information about your environment, the used software versions and any related message from the Necxtcloud log file. If you also explain what the prupose of the “Utrasonic/Subsonic” app, this might be useful too. The only thing which is 100% clear in this forum is, “Nextcloud”!
Using URL https://us.cloudamo.com/remote.php/dav/files/username with my creds inputted to Ultrasonic (fork of Subsonic which NC music play utilizes) Android application. The app acts as a streaming server, similar to Onedrive and Microsoft Groove to play owned cloud music files.
As stated, I cannot connect to my Nextcloud environment so unsure if am inputting the correct or complete URL to point directly to NC Music directory.
Running latest NC via Cloudamo host, Android 9 running latest Ultrasonic app.
I seems that you haven’t read the description of the Music app and how a Subsonic client need to be configure. Check-out the following page for further information about the url and how to authenticate:
Yes, seems I missed that, Thanks for the direction.
Worked like a charm, also Cloudamo console had the instructions under Music app tab. Thanks again.
Which is awesome, but my attempts to post to create the password are failing, how do I do that?
My best attempt is:
╰─>$ wget --post-data ‘{ “length”: 16, “description”: “phone” }’ https://domain/index.php/apps/music/api/settings/userkey/generate
–2021-02-08 11:23:39-- https://domain/index.php/apps/music/api/settings/userkey/generate
Resolving domain (domain)… XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Connecting to domain (domain)|XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX|:443… connected.

Realised this should be a new thread
