How can I sync my calendar, contacts, and email from Microsoft Exchange SE with Nextcloud 32, since the CalDAV add-in in Outlook does not seem to sync properly?

Dear friends,

i am currently in need of help on how to sync my calendar, contacts, and email from Microsoft Exchange SE with Nextcloud 32. In Outlook, we use a CalDAV add-in, but despite this, when I create a profile for either calendar or contacts, they do not sync with my Nextcloud instance. From reading the Nextcloud user guides, I understand that Nextcloud is not always fully compatible with Microsoft products. Still, I believe there must be a solution or workaround.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance from the community. Iā€™m sure there are others here who have faced a similar situation and found a way to make it work.
