How can i enable comments?

Hi,
i’m new to nextcloud. I have version 11.0.1 running on a hosted platform, not by myself. I’d like to use it that people i send a link can upload photos and comment them. The people should not have an account.
Uploading is possible, but how can i enable comments ?

Anonymous comments to public uploads are not possible at the moment.
