I’m going through my first Nextcloud deployment and am following the admin manual. I’m using the preconfigured UCS VM. The initial setup steps including AD integration are done. I logged in as a domain admin and installed Nextcloud Hub. I’m now trying to set up External Storage Support, but am running into a wall. The steps in the guide don’t line up with options I see in the GUI. I also tried running some occ commands but get a “Could not open input file: occ” error. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If I remember it correctly UCS uses Docker-containers rather than VMs. So maybe you’d find some threads about external storage und docker here on the forum.
And if I’m not very much mistaken the guys over at the UCS-forum are quite helpful as well… Maybe you should ask your questions there as well (and if you’ll get a solutionary reply it would be nice if you would repost that as an answer to here).
About your occ-problem. try to install occweb (or webocc) from the appstore.
Thanks for the reply. I decided to go a different route and will no longer be using the prebuilt UCS VM. I have another issue and will make a new post for that soon.
