Help: my new account has been disabled

Hi, I just joined Nextcloud. I know very little about it, and forgot to verify my email address.

Now I can’t log in because " Your Nextcloud by Webo.hosting account [email address here] has been disabled because it was not verified in time."

How do I re-enable it? I can’t find a way to do so; some support posts say “do sudo- this or sudo- that”, but I don’t know how or where (even though I know a bit about the sudo function)

I don’t want to re-register with another email address…

Hi @maalin it sounds you created an account at some hosting provider. I would recommend you to get in touch with their support. This forum is mostly about self-hosting…

I’m SO green behind the ears - maybe it’s Webo.hosting, and I can’t find a way to get in touch with them. I’ll keep looking.

I experienced the same issue when I tried to sign up for an account there. Apparently it has something to do with signing up through Nextcloud.com instead of their website.
