hello for a few days I can no longer open nextcloud could - you help me

As usual provide more details about your environment, describe what you’ve done last before the problem appeared, check the Nextcloud and web server log files for related errors and not to forget, use the search function of the forum to look for similar problem.

As far as I remember, this problem is reported at least once a week by users and in most cases they’ve updated their OS and PHP componets, but have missed to install an essential PHP module.

thank you for helping me i’m not very good at computers

I use RPi 3 as a cloud server and I have access through the ipad except with window it doesn’t work.
after a netuage of the cache of the navigator nothing works I still have this error.
I’ve been helped so far but it can’t do anything from the nexcloud site

The Error here is more an universally errorcode caused by many things.
But in most installations it’s caused by:
PHP packages missing, brooken.
Missconfig in php.conf
corrupted database.

if notheing is helping you quick and dirty solution would be to copy your ./data directory with your importent stuff and build a plain system from scretch and import the saved data.

otherwise check the database connection to your Mysqlserver futhermore search for brooken or missing php packages. Often happens after updates.

Your first adress is always the NC Documentation. I asume you installed NC as recomendet on your linux system, wich ever os you have.

4.3 describes the installation under linux. First idea woulb be to check step by step if you have missed something and/or everything is smoothlee running. specially the php modules. If you don’t have so far, update to the latest php 7.4.

Besides check if your datadirectory is owned by the user www-data and the group www-data.

you can change the owner by using: chown -R www-data:www-data /.
