The issue you are facing:
I entered some commands to connect a zerotier adapter and now I can’t access the dashboard with its internal IP. It just says ‘error_connection_timed_out’. The container is up, and I even reintalled apache2. Any ideas how I can get web access back up?

Steps to replicate it:
I had this error when trying to connect zerotier and wasn’t getting an IP. the commands below fixed it and I have an zerotier IP and I can access the zerotier network now, but I lost access to the dashboard.
On proxmox:
nano /etc/pve/lxc/container.conf lxc.cgroup2.devices.allow: c 10:200 rwm
lxc.mount.entry: /dev/net/tun dev/net/tun none bind,create=file
On nextcloud container:
sudo mkdir /dev/net sudo mknod /dev/net/tun c 10 200
sudo chmod 666 /dev/net/tun
I deleted the node after I realized and it needed to be done on proxmox.
I then did a chown 10000:10000 /dev/net/tun on proxmox
and changed it to chown root:root /dev/net/tun in attempt to remedy the problem. On nextcloud debian container, ls -l /dev/net/tun shows
crw-rw-rw- 1 root root 10, 200

I had this error and tried some SSL certs to fix it. but couldn’t so i reinstalled apache2. The error.log says resuming normal operations.
Output errors in nextcloud.log in /var/www/ or as admin user in top right menu, filtering for errors. Use a pastebin service if necessary. I think this entry is old since it is dated 2 years ago.
