HI,

Is there a way to deprive a group administrator of the right to change the group quota?

Background:
Group admins should be allowed to create new users who are then automatically assigned to the group, but should not be allowed to change the default quota.

Is that possible? If so, how?

There is no quotea on the group level, therefor no. The groupadmin controls a user, as the quota is on the user level the groupadmin is allowed to alter it in any direction.
