Hello!
If we use group folders and OnlyOffice (NextOffice) at the same time and if you have a certain number of files in a folder (e.g. 10 plus) the folder hangs and the file does not open. It takes a while (a few minutes) until nextcloud is working again.
The same problem, if you use Colabora instead of OnlyOffice.
Does anybody have similar problems?

Main issue right now is you have not provided enough technical detail (logs and system details) to be able to actually know what is happening. Once you clarify these details, they will be critical for proper bug reporting:

It is possible that the bug is already reported, but I also don’t think it is that big of a deal if you end up with a duplicate issue. Since the issue involves group folders, nextcloud server, and the various office suites… I’d say to start by reporting to the group folders issue repo:

- Review their past issues to get more ideas of possibly related issues as well.
- Bug reporting becomes fruitless, or just much slower, without doing some research and providing as many technical details as possible in your posts. Let the data speak first and foremost.
