Google data migration - logged in, but no options to import

The issue you are facing:
I’ve stood up a NextCloud installation and have worked to tweak it for a couple days. I’ve installed the Google Data Migration app and set up the OAuth and related settings on the Google account in question. I’m ultimately trying to migrate Google Drive data. I leveraged a comprehensive guide to set up the Google account for this OAuth, and it went well.

I was able to log into the Google account using my Nextcloud, within Apps > Data Migration. However, it does not show any options to migrate data. It’s just a blank screen.

Believing that I did not set up the Google OAuth correctly, I attempted to log into it on another Nextcloud instance that I have for testing, and I found that it works just fine there. Shows the options that I am expecting to see.

I’m puzzled. I have control+refreshed the browser tab for the one that is not working. I have clicked “Disconnect from Google”, then logged in anew. It still does the same thing. I do not see any mention of this phenomenon on the Nextcloud forums nor the Internet at-large.

Does anyone know of this problem?

Thank you for your time.

I have the same issue, anyone found a solution?

I appreciate you guys coming forward. I checked the Logging with the primary settings screen of the website, but it doesn’t appear to provide information about apps. Is there a specific log file in the nextcloud directory that I can review for app performance and issues?

Just FYI, they appear to be looking at the growing problem now:

Thank you, this is very promising. I will monitor that closely.
