Getting error message when importing Dropbox files

iā€™m using the Dropbox integration app on Nextcloud version 27.0.0.

I connect to Dropbox to get an access code.
i copy/paste the code into Nextcloud/Setting/Data Migration and it connects ok.
i click ā€˜import dropbox filesā€™ but immediately receive the following error:

0 files imported
Dropbox import process will begin soon
An error occured during the import: {error}

Any help appreciatedā€¦
