Generate report for users who have not accessed a shared file

I am planning to use nextcloud for sharing pdf files between my users. Users will be logging to the Web App and viewing the PDF documents.

I require a report say at the end of the day or dynamically generated for the list of users who have not accessed [viewed] the file… Is this possible? If yes how?

Nextcloud version : 14.0.3
Operating system and version : CentOS 7
Apache or nginx version : Apache
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.1

Hi,

Not exactly what you are looking for, but there is the app
https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/files_downloadactivity

which creates activities when somebody accesses the shared filed. For these activities you can define to be informed via email.
This is rather the other way round then: you see who accessed the file, but not who didn’t access it. I hope it’s still helpful.
