Full text search app without Java?

Hi,

The two apps I found, that provide full text search capability to Nextcloud (Nextant and Fullnextsearch) both require a Java runtime for their respective search engines (Apache Solr and Elasticsearch). In the shared hosting environment where I have installed Nextcloud (and I guess in many others), Java is not available. To set up a separate server only for setting up the Java search engine servlet is not a realistic option.

Is there a full text search app for Nextcloud that is written in PHP and that can index at least PDFs and maybe Office files?

Fun fact: Yes, fullnextsearch is using by default elasticsearch which is in Java; however the app is done in a way that you can easily implement your own search platform.
