Добрый день, появилась такая проблема, при просмотре файлов через FTP, FileZilla и прочие, файлы с русскими названиями сломаны, как исправить? Я давно как-т о исправлял данную ошибку через MYSQL в таблицах кодировки или что-то такое было, но вот сейчас, не могу найти нужной мне темы, прикрепляю скриншоты. В самом интерфейсе и приложении Nextcloud, они отображаются корректно, с русскими названиями, буду рад помощи, спасибо!

as long files names in web interface and desktop client sync are correct there is nothing is wrong with your installation. There must be something wrong with your FTP server. You might want to describe in detail how do you access your files with FTP - as this is not built-in into Nextcloud.
In general we strongly not recommend accessing database and storage of Nextcloud installation directly!
Добрый день, самый базовый доступ по FTP который есть в ubuntu 22, proftpd или же vstfpt, вроде как то так называются, да даже если и просто по SSH зайти, то так-же отображаются файлы, при обновлении Nextcloud очень часто при обновлении, возникают ошибки в обновлении что влечёт за собой полную переустановку Nextcloud… И делать резервные копии не удобно через FTP т.к все имена на русском сбиваются в неверную кодировку…
Я неуверен, но может локализация моей ОС делать аффект на это?
Again - Nextcloud storage is designed in a way it is only used by Nextcloud application - no “external” changes should occur. This is the reason why people who play with the file have problems. If you want backups you should run scripts to archive storage from the servers point of view - follow official backup docs, use scripts referenced here or even used the integrated backup app.
Regarding upgrade issue - take care about the requirements, maybe reboot the server before and carefully follow the upgrade procedure - most upgrade issues are result from human error.
