Nextcloud version: 23.0.0
Webservertype: httpd
WebserverVersion: httpd 3.12.2
Os version: Nethserver 7.9.2009 based on CentOS 7
When i connect to nextcloud through the webbrowser all the folders are not loaded in correctly as you can see in the picture below:
I just moved to a new webserver so i just copied files databases everything it requires to the web server and updated the permissions

I solved the problem by simply removing the cache of the website
