Flow: Run script if new folder in shared folder was created

Hello, would it be possible to create a workflow to run an external script, if a new folder is created in a specific share?

I do want to have a share named e.g. “Projects”, and if someone creates a new folder in this path, the system should automatically create a given folder structure in there.

Is there any possibility to achieve that?

Sorry i do not use the app " Workflow external scripts". But perhaps you can use it.
But i think it only works for files and not for folders.
