We have installed the AIO on the domain: cyberauctions.services, everything is working fine, but the site won’t load unless we add “www” at the beginning of the URL.
We get this error when loading the site without the “www”:
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Even without there is an issue:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=cyberauctions.services
If the analysis works, it should show the common names and alternative names, one of the two should contain the www. subdomain. If it is not the certificate, it might be the webserver configuration that the virtualhost is not the same…

with www. everything is ok, but the certificate is for the domain with www only (not without www). E.g. check out how it is done for nextcloud.com, the certificate is valid for both:

Hi, apparently you entered www.cyberauctions.services as domain in AIO. That explains why it only works with that. You could have entered cyberauctions.services instead. See GitHub - nextcloud/all-in-one: The official Nextcloud installation method.
