Hey there,
i was asked to show our EULA at First Run. I already know that i can customise some Parameters of the Firstrun Wizard, but is there a (not too complicated) way to completley replace the First Run wizard with some simple html to show how cool and compliant we are with the EU General Data Protection Regulation?

edit: I use Ubuntu 16.04 php 5.6 Mariadb Apache 2.4 behind a HAproxy reverseproxy, but this info should not be very relevant, just for completeness.
