Is there example with source codes of file-upload, looks like main “Files” upload form?
I’m more interested in front-end part, preferable as Vue-component.

I would like to help you as best as possible. But I need to understand what you need to help you best.
Generally speaking, did you already see the dev tutorials provided by Nextcloud? There could/should be enough information to get this solved, unless you need specific questions answered.
You want to upload a file using a frontend form and save it on the server, correct? You have this backend part already running? You have defined an API so far? Or do you want to use frontend + OCS/WebDAV API?
