Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. In webbrowser files within the team folder are not shown.

  2. running occ groupfolders:scan --all

  3. files show up

  4. files disapear (around 45 minutes later) Notes: 4GB are “available” during this issue

Please provide the log entries from your Nextcloud log that are generated during the time of problem (via the Copy raw option from Administration settings->Logging screen or from your nextcloud.log located in your data directory). Feel free to use a pastebin/gist service if necessary.

File todos.pdf is larger than maximum up-load file-s

how can I check if the value “upload_max_filesize” is actually used? Its set in the fpm configuration under “[www]” I tried with phpinfo() but nextcloud circumvents this.
