Files does not open anymore (files not decrypted)

Describe the bug
Files can not be opened anymore error in log file “Cannot decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file. Please ask the file owner to reshare the file with you.”

But error also appear if Im logged in as file owner so it it not the shared folder
It seem that the files can not be decrypted anymore.

Some kind of problem was already describe when poeple upgrade to 27 and should be fix with 27.1.1 but we are on 27.1.6

Can I acces the server with ssh and try to decrypt the files ?

I’m the file owner and all shares was removed

What I found very strange is that last week all was ok. There was no update on the system. Some files are OK and can be open or dowloaded in the same folder as other files that can not be open or downloaded. What could generate this error, that only some files can not be decrypted. If I put a new file online now, this one will work properly. And other users on the server
