We attempted to synchronise a data file.
the data within a folder had been moved to the nextcloud folder in the nextcloud desktop app.
After this the folder existed in nextcloud, but the data were visible in there.
We manually de-synchronized the folder from the settings using the nextcloud app. Then forced to resynch. this worked for synchronizing other folders , but not this one.
The data files cannot be retreived anywhere within the computer and all that exists now is the shortcut in the location where the file should be.
please help, can we retreive these data ?
