files cannot be loaded from open project to nextcloud

Next cloud is successfully installed ,however when try to upload documents gets this error

"Your file (Screenshot 2025-02-25 at 11.17.43 pm.png) could not be uploaded.

Please check that the latest version of the Nextcloud App “scalenow-AI Integration” is installed and contact your administrator for more information." I am able to upload documents by curl command but not via the interface

In next cloud integration module file storage box needs to be clicked but there is no file integration box in 15.1 version (see attached pic)

Do you use this?

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this app. But did you check the app if something is not configured, log files might help.

DB connection error to nextclod_db ,tried all possibiities of giving access to db noting works

This is from rich documents app. I tries to reach a proxy and does time out after 5s.

If you disable all these apps, then probably it won’t show an error. But it’s not clear what apps you want to install/use, what you have done to install them. E.g. if you are using collabora, and you don’t have a collabora server, then it might result in errors like this:
