File Upload Error iOS

When I try to upload files with iOS App, there is alway an error.

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 27.1.6
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): iOS 17.2.1
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): ??
PHP version (eg, 7.4): ??

The issue you are facing:
Error “Fehler beim Hochladen von Dateien” when trying to upload files.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): no; occurs for about 3-4 weeks

Steps to replicate it:

  1. chose a file you want to upload (f.e. in a scanner app)
  2. press the share-button and chose nextcload
  3. press “upload” > error occurs

Can anybody help? Sorry, I can’t provide more information, I’m an amateur user. I already re-installed the app, but that didn’t help. Thanks!

aka: Error uploading files

  • What do your Nextcloud Server logs indicate during this time frame?
  • Can you perform other operations in the app alright? (i.e. access files for viewing)
  • What happens if you create a file in the client app?

Where do I find Nextcloud Server Logs?

Yes, other actions work as usual. Creating a file in the app works as well.
