File Drop with (mandatory) comment form

Hi,

we are currently using the FileDrop feature a lot, it would be nice if you could make it mandatory for the (anonymous) uploader fill out a short form discribing his upload and the purpose of the file. Would be super if a captcha or something like that could be used on that form to weed out the spammers. The form should then be send to the folder “owner” (including the filename, or link to the file).

Does anybody know if such an app exists?

That is currently a feature request for “allow anonymous comments on public shares” which can be found here on Github.
