wir haben seid kurzen die Nextcloud für unsere Firma etabliert und leider bin ich noch nicht so vertraut, wie alles geht.
Das Problem ich habe ein OForm erstellt, was die Kollegen nutzen können. Jedoch bleiben die eingegeben Informationen in dem OForm gespeichert bis ein anderer Kollege es mit seinen Daten überschreibt.
Kann man das irgendwie verhindern?
Deshalb dachte ich, ich schicke jedem Kollegen das Formular in einen individuellen Share Order.
Alle Kollegen haben bei Installation einen individuellen Dokumente Ordner und einen Vorlagen Order erhalten, kann ich nun einen ShareOrder für alle gleichzeitig anlegen?
- Ich würde gerne einen Share Folder für alle Kollegen erstellen - gebt es diese Möglichkeit
- Wenn es diesen Folder gibt - kann ich dann Dokumente für alle Kollegen gleichzeitig in den Folder legen, sodass jeder das Dokument für sich hat
- Können diese Dokumente dann durch eine aktuelle Version “Mittels ersetzen durch” genutzt werden?
