The issue you are facing:

If the internet connection is unstable, the error “Unknown error” appears when uploading files. What are the options for solving the error, not from the client or provider side, but from the Cloud admin side?

Steps to replicate it:

Test case 1

Connect via VPN.
Open Cloud.
Select some files to download and start the download. A download progress bar will appear from the cloud
Close VPN connection.
The error occurs

Test case 2
Open Cloud.
Select some files to download and start the download. A download progress bar will appear from the cloud
Turn the LAN cable off and on to simulate a broken Internet connection
