File Access Control - not all .csv files are allowed

We have a problem with the File Access Control app and the .csv files.
File Access Control doesn’t allow the csv MIME types application/csv and text/plain at the same time - either… or. The MIME type definition text/csv doesn’t work for us either. We’ve also tried to achieve it by defining array in tne mimetypemapping.json, but unfortunately without any success.

Any Ideas how to solve this problem?

Will it work to have several identical rules just with different mime type compositions?

No. In this case FAC denied all of the csv files.
