Hello Experts,
After testing the file access control app, I have problem accesing any video in Desktop Client. I had implemented the following rules as in the screenshot and additionaly I blocked the user-agent “Desktop client”. After my tests I deleted the rules. But nothing has changed as I am not able to access the files on my Desktop browser. Has anyone encountered that problem? Would it solve the problem if I deactivate the app “File Access Control”?
