Feature Request - meaningful errors for access attempts on folders where the user is blocked

Hi,

Iā€™ve got NextCloud running for a small NGO. Iā€™ve implemented some access blocks to folders using flow rules and Iā€™ve noticed that the errors given to blocked users on the desktop client (Mac) arenā€™t very informative. It would be useful to have a message that says ā€œAccess to this folder is restrictedā€ in the desktop client rather than ā€˜an unknown error occurredā€™ when attempting to look in/save to a blocked folder.
