Failed to move Database | mysql user has no permission

My Instance is down because I moved the database to a wrong path. I can’t bring it back though. When I run nc-database to move it back to /var/www/nextcloud I get this:

ERROR: the user mysql does not have access permissions over /var/www/nextcloud

Here is my setup: I boot NCP on a RaspberryPi with a SSD drive. No SD card in the berry. The setup was running over a year now pretty smooth until I started to mess it up now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
