External storage in Docker

Running nextcloud on Docker.
I want to add a Samba shared folder with External stroage.
However, I am logged in as a user in the admin group, but I get the message No external storage configured or you don't have the permission to configure them.

Please let me know how I can solve this problem.

You can set and enable external storage for users in the Settings and administration area.
