External sharing problem

Good Morning!

I am trying to set up an external store using smb / cifs.
The shared folder is on a windows 2012 server.
Like shared folders that are without C: are synchronizing successfully.
However, as folders that are on drive D: \ and E: \ same as folders appearing within nextcloud, the files are not synchronized. Telling you do not have permission to access the folder

The nextcloud server is ubuntu 16.04
Nextcloud version 11.03
Apache 2.4.6

Do you have full access via webinterface (write/read files)?

When the shared folder is in C: (windows server) I have access.
When the folder is in drive D: or E: (windows server) I do not have access in nextcloud.
In Windows the sharing permission is as full control in both cases.
