External FTP Storage as Default Storage

Hello,

I am able to add an FTP Server as my External Storage.
How do I set this External FTP Storage as the Default Storage?

I am a 1st time user, pls help me out

What you means under “Default”?

  1. Is this share default for all users? Then just added all users to the Group e.g. “user” and grant ftp external storage access to group “user”
  2. If you means you want to move you data directory to the ftp, then please read this first and then this HowTo: Change / Move data directory after installation
