External access NextCloud on TrueNAS Scale

Hi,

After some years on Synology with my DS218play, i have change for a NAS DIY. I choosed TrueNAS Scale for my OS and NextCloud to stock documents, Immich for pictures / videos from my smartphone and Plex to watch videos on my AppleTV.

NextCloud, Immich and Plex work perfectly on my local network. But now, my wife and me need to access to NextCloud and Immich for our smartphones or laptops in external network (from our parents houses or the offices etc…) and for Immich, we share albums to our family and they need to access from their houses.

What the best and the easier to set up ?
