Exceptions for File retention

Hi everyone,

is there a way to create exceptions for file retention?

I don’t want my users to copy everything in my cloud (we do have a file server for that :smile:), so i created a Tag which is added to every new file that is uploaded.
This Tag is also set do delete everything older than 12 months.

I now need a way to create an exception for one file for one user and i can’t figure out how to do that.

Any help would be appriciated.
