Could you please tell us the language you are using on your mobile?
And even better add a screenshot.
You cannot remove highlighted item at the bottom.
In english this is “Activities”. This button has there before since many years.
Maybe the russian translation changed.

Come on. It is just a label of a button which has been there for years.
Software projects are evolving. Not updating is not a solution, think of security fixes.
