Go to your Nextcloud directory on your server (eg. /var/www/nextcloud) and see if there is a file named “html”. Normally you can simply delete files that are reported as “extra files” by the updater. If you want to be on the safe side, move the file to a location outside the Netxcloud directory, check if everything is working and delete it afterwards…
