Errors in integrity check

I’m seeing errors after upgrading to 27.1.1 that I hadn’t seen before. I’ve got a list of “EXTRA_FILES” but I can’t find where these live. I’m using the linuxserver/nextcloud:27.1.1 image on ubuntu.

I don’t see these files in my /config directory, so I’m stuck as to how to go about resolving this issue.

I fixed some of the messages about old conf files that appeared in the docker logs, triggered a “Rescan” in the security settings, and the errors seem to have disappeared.

Can you elaborate on this, please? I’m getting similar errors, but no errors in the log about conf files. Thanks!
