Error with PDF and Images

Nextcloud version: 21.0.2 RC1
Operating system and version : Ubuntu 8.4.0 for Raspberry PI 4
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): NGINX
PHP version: 7.3.27

When I look at a PDF or an image from the NextCloud WEB interface I get an error: for the PDF I get this error no matter which file

1662×255

and for the images I always get the same error:
1376×542

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): YES

I have this issue too. In the short term the answer is to disable the PDF preview app. Long term some software fix will be needed.
